"….if you feel nervous about using Excel, and everyone else seems to know so much more than you do! Anne has a wonderful, friendly and inclusive style of training. She puts you at your ease, whatever your ability, with her warmth, wit and fantastic people skills. The course has a great mix of presentation from Anne and loads of opportunities to put the skills into practice with other participants. There is always an appropriate amount of homework to further practise those skills. Anne makes herself available between times if you have any queries, and the course organisation is superb.
